Slurbage Features
Easy Play & Smart OOB Experience

The first thing you will notice about Slurbage is how easy it is to play.  Right out of the box, your experience is simple and straightforward.  There is no setup required, and no notecards to edit.  There are no complicated instructions you need to spend an hour reading.  Simply sit down, click the arrow ("Click to Play"), accept the HUD and wear it.  When all players are ready, click START on the game.  Then just follow direction from local chat and messages on the HUD.  It's that easy!

Rich & Attractive Texturing

I've spent countless hours over the past few years choosing or designing only the best colors, prims, mesh parts, and textures for your game.  I spend a lot of time consulting on design layouts, working with customers to get advice, and implementing new ideas as they are suggested.  It's ok to be functional and efficient, but it has to look good, too!

Texture Change Options

Some games have texture changing options (MENU -> TEXTURE).  Games that have chairs usually have the option to change the texture of the seat cushions, but not all of them do.  With the PICNIC table, you can change the table textures (22 of them!), and with the HOLIDAY table, you have a feature called THEMES.  You are encouraged to explore your game to see what is available for that style.

Single & Multi-Player Enabled

Slurbage can be played by one player or up to six players, depending on the style you have.  The game is smart enough to know who is playing, and it will track each player on each turn.  If you are playing by yourself, or with others, Slurbage is a great game full of fun.

Performance & Efficiency

Every game is designed with performance in mind.  I've packed as much into the experience as possible and kept the script usage as low as possible so your experience remains smooth and fun.  There are, of course, lots of things that can affect any scripted item in SL, but I've done a lot of work to prevent a lot of common issues.  Texture and sound preloading, script reduction, and advanced memory management techniques all help to keep things running in even the most demanding environments.

Simple Pose System with Menu Control

If your game has seating, it has at least one pose.  Some have more than one pose.  To adjust your pose, simply click the seat and a menu will appear.  Some games come with free seating that is separate from the game (example:  SLIM comes with 4 free pillows).  Some of these are COPY enabled, please remember:  Never use SHIFT copy on the ground (rezzed in world).  This can break poses.  Always take a fresh copy from your inventory.  NOTE:  Games with chairs are updated in v5.x starting in January 2021 with AVSitter 2.2 which uses a much more advanced method of adjusting and saving positions!

Sound Control in both the Game & HUD

Each game now has sound built into it, and so does the HUD for each game.  They are separate, so you can turn the sound off for the HUD, and still hear the sounds in the game.  Nobody else can hear your HUD, but everyone can hear the game.  If you turn off sound on the game, it is turned off for everyone.

Size Option in all HUDs & also in Some Games

Because some folks have a hard time seeing small text or objects, I've included a Size option in each HUD, allowing you to resize it to make it bigger.  It ships at the smallest size possible, and if you make it bigger, there is also an option to restore it's original size.  And, some games have resize enabled (currently Wall and Sci-Fi).  Resizing during game play is totally fine.

Free Gifts

Some games give you things - like drinks, cookies, candy canes, etc.  If your game has a free gift to give you, you can usually get it from the MENU on the game.  Some games have things attached that when clicked will give you a free gift - like the Neko table which has a fun little hamster and a bird.  When those are clicked, you get a free hamster or bird to wear.  Explore your game when you play, and see what is available for more fun.

Permissions

By default, most of the games are NO MODIFY / NO COPY / NO TRANSFER.  However, a few have COPY enabled (currently:  Wall, Sci-Fi, and  Cuddle).  For copy enabled games, be warned:  Never use SHIFT copy on the ground (rezzed in world).  This can break poses or texture animations.  Always take a fresh copy from your inventory.

A note about losing things:  I understand that SL can mess up, and asset issues can cause inventory to become lost.  I will never hold you responsible for this.  Simply let me know, and I will re-deliver your game ASAP.
