Please note:  I can and will answer all messages sent via this form, email, or IM.  Please be patient.  If you are experiencing any difficulties, please follow these steps - and if they don't work, please send me a detailed message.  "I have a problem" is not a detailed message.

Step 1:  Click the MENU button on your game, choose RESET, and test it.

Step 2:  Take the game into your inventory and re-rez it in-world, and test it.

Step 3:  Take the game into your inventory, go to a different region or sandbox, rez it, and test it.

Step 4:  If these steps do not work, please send me full details on the problem via email (luhkey.resident@yahoo.com) or reach out to me in-world (you can also send me a notecard there).
